What Size Jewelry Would I Use For My Rook?

I’ve had my rook done for a while now and want to replace the bent barbell with a steel ball circular barbell (like a horse shoe). what diameter for the ring should I use? I don’t want to get a ring that is too small.
what do you have in now? that would probably be a good choice.

Everyone’s anatomy is different. If you can figure out what size you have in now then keep that – if not then go ask your piercer.
