how can a guy feel more feminine?

ok i got a male friend that wishes his feminine side showed (hes a real girl inside

he has a really caring bf that doesn’t mind him doing this (his bf on football team and has 6-pack) unlike him hes fairly tall quite thin and has a bit of an in-word dip like his hips are 45incs and his waste is about 35inc so a bit like an hour glass figure i gave him a few bracelets and and girly necklaces but he only wears them every now and again so have you got any ideas
a few more things about him hes kind, gentle, and caring his favourite animals a fox (foxes are known as feminine creatures) and we both got a manicure on the weekend.
