Need help in finding Bridesmaid gifts?

So the wedding is in less than two weeks and I still haven’t figured out what to buy my bridesmaids (I know I’m terrible). I want to spend about 25 dollars as our budget is small. I thought about paying to get their nails done, but im not sure because some other girls that aren’t in the wedding have an appointment with us that day. Here’s a little bit about them:
Maid of honor- My sister, shes 24. Shes a university grad that is doing very well for herself and is already making her way up in the business world. She loves accessories.
Bridesmaid 1- My best friend, shes 21. A total girly girl, still in university, strives to be like my sister.
Bridesmaid 2- My sister in law,shes 20. Still trying to figure her life out, was sick in the hospital for 3 months this winter. Shes gone back to school now. She has a horse and loves everything to do with horses. So with all that going on her funds are limited.
What do I get them?!
I would go with something girly like a personalized tote bag – you said they’re all girly and your sister in law can use it when she goes riding?
