What’s the most amazing thing your child has ever done/said?

By admin on Feb. 5, 2010.

My daughter was always an animal lover. She seemed to be born with this incredible gift of connection. Once, when she was very little, my sister was watching her. She was talking to a horse owner, when they noticed my daughter had gotten away from them. They spotted her entering the area of a particularly hostile horse. They tried to stop her, but couldn’t get there in time.

My daughter walked up to the horse and petted it. The owner said, “I don’t believe it! That horse Never lets anyone near it!”

After having a long day at work my 6 y/o wanted to go for a walk on the beach. Even though I was tired I went with her and while walking on the beach she got a stick and wrote in the sand "I love my mom"……..it made the walk worth it and we walked along the ocean and watched the sun set….

  3. My baby is 3 months old almost 4 months and everything he does is amazing. I love it best when he learns and grows. The fact that he can do so much in such little time amazes me.

  5. My 3 year old daughter cracks me up everyday! One of my favorites is when she has a bowl of cereal for breakfast and spends too much time talking and playing around to eat and it gets all soggy. I tell her "Zoe, you better eat your cereal," and she says, " I can’t Mommy, it’s mad!"

  6. My son was very delayed! The most amazing thing was the first time he said "Love Mama" I cried!

He is now amazing because he’s almost 3.5 and completely caught up. He talks more then any of his friends and he talks in 8 to 10 word sentences. He also has a great memory.

The newest thing I’m amazed and proud that he said (I should probably mention I’m about 4.5 months pregnant) on his own was that he’s going to push the baby in the stroller and teach her to play with his toys. He has told me though she needs her own trains.

He even helped me register (for over 2 hours) and picked out everything pink since he knows he’s getting a sister.

  9. Hope you do not mind cause I will tell you 2 incidents about my grand kids, First- grandson age 4— they come weekly- he gets all the toys out, pillows on floor etc, so I told him to pick them up before he goes home, he refused so I got a little more firm, he called my wife in and said ( Grammy, why did you marry that man)? lol. The second incident was my grand-daughter, age 4, she was saying something to my wife on the phone,, wife did not agree with her, stated reasoning few times, then grand-daughter did not want to talk to my wife, she said, get pop-pop to the phone, so I got on and here my grand-daughter said ( pop-pop– I said what you want honey– my grand-daughter stated ( lol ( your wife hollered at me) wasn’t granny when she got scolded, those 2 I will not forget
