I found a cup at a yardsale. It is silver and has Horse & Groom with a monogram above this writing.?

It says half pint on it with a crown and some letters and numbers below it. On the bottom it says 6056 Henry Turner Paddington A warranted narc soldered. I did take it to a jewelry store and it is solid silver. It looks old. I have tried to research myself on the internet and not having much luck. Does anyone know where I could get additional information on the history of this cup.. or tankard as one site did refer to it. Thanks.

what is the meaning of a gold ring with st geoge on it?

well i have this gold ring. and it has a circle on the outside. and then st george on it, he’s on a horse carrying a sword or something? I just wondered since some st’s have meanings for the jewelry if this had and meaning or significance? it’s pretty special to me, as i got it for my eighth birthday when things were rough and patchy. he has a really caring bf that doesn’t mind him doing this (his bf on football team and has 6-pack) unlike him hes fairly tall quite thin and has a bit of an in-word dip like his hips are 45incs and his waste is about 35inc so a bit like an hour glass figure i gave him a few bracelets and and girly necklaces but he only wears them every now and again so have you got any ideas

conch piercing jewelry curved barbell to a horseshoe?

I went to change my inner conch piercing to a horse shoe ring and I cant seem to figure out how to get it on? Would it be to small? It just seems like its not in far enough but I cant put it in any more without having to turn it?

You need to find an internally threaded ring that’s the proper gauge and diameter for your piercing. Externally threaded rings can be tough to put in because they often cause damage to your fistula. You need to get a ring at whatever gauge your piercing was done at. Diameter is measured across the inside diameter of the ring, For a conch, you’ll probably need something with a large diameter. For example, mine are 1/2" in diameter, and my ears are tiny. I can’t picture any adult being able to wear something smaller in diameter than 7/16" there. If you’re not sure what size you need to be able to make it around your ear, talk to a piercer. A piercer can also help you insert a new ring.
