Why are hospices so lame?

I hate going to hospices. Seriously, they decor is really lame and depressing. All the ones I have been visiting in have had retarded things, like paintings of flowers or horses on the walls, gentle music playing, fish tanks, etc.
Why can’t hospices at least be a fun place to be? I think they should have a disco, a roller rink, and a video arcade. There should be cartoon characters painted on the walls and loud rock music should always be playing. I think the dying people would appreciate that a lot more (at least if they’re cool like me they will).
What are your thoughts?
Abraca you make a good point there, but couldn’t there be at least a few "cool" hospices out there?
The things you mention require more energy than some people can handle. Also, not everyone likes the same things.

Engagement proposal…Please help!?

I’m planing to propose to my girlfreind and I would like to do it on a beach at half moon bay ca. I would like to have a romantic dinner(catering or bbq) for two at the beach with candles, decor and romantic atmosphere. And maybe some live music if i would be able to afford it. Also i would like to include horse back riding on the beach and video montage of this event. Please Help! I would appriciate any comments, and ideas…

ideas for sweet 16 party in a cabin?

okay, I’m having my sweet 16 on August 20th. We are renting a cabin. There is a place for a campfire and horse shoes.. but what else activities would keep all the guys and girls entertained??.. oh & if you have any decor ideas please help

Well, I would make a theme..I have a GREAT idea! Make it a horror themed party. A little like, Halloween, but not exactly. Doll the cabin up like a haunted house….Go crazy! Corpses, spiderwebs, loud thunder noises, people screaming, actors who can touch people as they go through (make sure the actors are wearing TERRIFYING make-up). Just give everyone the scariest night of their lives. Switch off lights for pitch black atmosphere, sound effects (if they’re available), and make people walk through the cabin. Make them all hold each others shoulders, and not let go, and then snatch a random person…TERRIFYING! Then, switch the lights on and PARTAAAY!
